Do you offer free shipping and returns?
iNAMORATA offers free domestic shipping on orders over $125+ and free domestic returns.
Do you have a size chart? What size should I order?
You can find a size chart on the product page next to the size selection and any additional fit notes can be found in the "Size&Fit" tab under product description. If you still have questions about fit and specific questions about styles, please feel free to reach out to our team via email.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are only accepted at www.inamoratawoman.com and through our Instagram page(@inamoratawoman) checkout. Inamorata accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card, PayPal payments, Klarna and AfterPay. AfterPay is solely offered for domestic orders. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or Venmo. We also offer local payment methods on international orders and these are presented at the checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
Please get in contact with our customer service team at email@example.com as soon as possible with details on your order's change request. Our warehouse processes orders quickly, so changes cannot be promised. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any adjustments on international orders at this time.
Do you honor price adjustments?
We honor price adjustments for regular priced items that have been discounted within five(5) days from your purchase date.
When will my order ship?
To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. During sale and new collection launches may add additional days to order processing times and orders are dispatched in the order that they are received. Please check your order confirmation for any extra processing days that may occur. Inamorata is only able to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S. Territories via USPS.
When do I get my tracking number?
As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. New collection launches may add additional days to order processing times and orders are dispatched in the order that they are received.
My package says delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?
If your package hasn't shown up within 48 hours, please contact our support who can help you.
The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?
If the product you want is out of stock, we suggest you enter your email address to get notified when the product in your size is back in stock.
What is a pre-order item? When can I expect pre-ordered items?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. If an item is on pre-order, a shipping date will be provided in the product description
What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and a quick description of the issue (with pictures if possible) and we will be more than happy to take care of it! Items sold during our warehouse sale are not eligible for return of refund.
