What is your return policy?
Holiday Eligibility Window: Items purchased between December 1st to December 31st have a 30-day return window from the date the order was shipped.
Items may be returned within 21 days of shipping date in the original condition they were sent in (tags and liners attached) for a full refund. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. A $5.00 restocking fee will be applied to domestic returns. Please include your original invoice with your return. Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded in the original form of payment. If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price. All returns are subject to inspection- items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged are not eligible to return. Returns sent without authorization will be returned to sender. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
How do I return my order?
To initiate your domestic return, login to our returns portal here using your email address.
When your return is authorized, you will receive instructions and a prepaid shipping label(domestic returns) to your email. Please allow up to two weeks for you to receive your refund.
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange a style for a different size or color, please log into our returns portal here using your email. We offer complimentary shipping on direct exchanges on domestic orders. Direct exchange requests will be fulfilled dependent on stock availability. If the item is out of stock you will be automatically notified. We don't offer exchanges on international orders.

How do I return my international order?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our customer support agents will assist you. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How much do international returns cost?
There is a return fee of approximately 15 USD charged in the currency the order was purchased in(applicable for orders placed on or after November 17th, 2020. Orders placed prior are not eligible for the standard return label fee). This fee will be deducted from your total refund when the return is processed. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable, except for orders shipping to Canada.
Can I exchange my international order?
Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges for orders outside the U.S at this time.
